CSL's engineering department consists of qualified technicians who are specialised and experienced in their different fields. They constantly receive professional training to keep up to date with the ever changing technologies. The engineering support service offers the following in the Windows and Unix/Linux platforms:

Repairs and maintenance of most major brands (PCs, servers and printers)
- Systems, network installation and upgrades
- Network planning, installation and support
- Data (fibre optic and UTP) cabling and wiring
- On-site and depot service available
- Support contracts available
- Back up service
Note : Assessment fee of $35 tala is applied to non-CSL purchased machines / PCs
Authorised Minolta service centre
CSL is the only official and authorised service centre for
Konica Minolta in Samoa. Any Minolta photocopier, fax, printer and scanner can be serviced by the Engineering department
