The Helpdesk is one of the integral areas of service that CSL offers by providing valuable support for our main service areas: internet and engineering. Other areas supported include the Bureau service as well as our web site development team. Trained and experienced call centre operators are on hand to handle any customer queries and problems.

Internet
  • Setting up new Internet Accounts
  • Internet advice on solving dial in and email queries or problems
  • Internet front-end user maintenance and support
  • Manage and maintain Samoa's domain address .ws

Software and Hardware
  • Provide PC software and hardware advice and solutions
  • Serve CSL Bureau customers (hardware/software)
Support Areas
  • Support for internet technical staff
  • Engineering services, call management, job assignment and job tracking
  • Bureau client's support
  • Website key daily updates
  • Integration of internet frontline roles: Call Centre, Internet Cafe, Reception
  • Make people aware of all areas of CSL's business
Helpdesk operating hours are:

Monday to Friday: 8.30am to 5.00pm


After Hours Support
Mon - Fri : 5:30pm - 10:00pm
Saturday : 8:30am - 10:00pm
Sunday   : 12pm - 10pm
